Chevrolet is known to make best sedans on the market. They always knew how to bring out the beast from their cars, with the clever use of shapes, sizes and expressions. Their cars always looked and sounded angry and big, which are the main reasons for their popularity. 2016 Chevy Impala is just one more in the line of well developed cars and it is in a production since 1958. It came a long way since the first generation and it has gone through a lot of changes during that period.
To be exact it went through ten generations of changing, reinventing and updating. Ed Cole, one of the Chevrolet’s chief engineers (back in 1950’s) defined the Impala as a “Prestige car within the reach of an average American”. We could say that Chevy Impala is one of the most favorable sedans that came out of the Chevrolet’s production line, and in this review we are going to treat it with the respect it deserves, but only in areas it did good.

The front and the rear bumper are going to be more aggressive, headlights are going to get HID technology with the support of LED frame for daytime and positional lights. Additionally, materials that are going to be used will be lighter than ever, and lighter the car is, lower the strength it needs to run. That means better fuel consumption, easier acceleration, etc.
2016 Chevy Impala Interior
Inside, 2016 Chevy Impala is going to lose some colors (again), leather package with suede microfiber on the last year version is going to feature with leather seating and it seems it is going to lack the suede.
Additionally 2016 Chevy Impala is going to have a wireless device charging (that is a first one), front and rear splash guards, CD player (if there is anyone still using a CD player) goes to the “Technology package option”, etc. Safety on the road was a serious topic according to new updates which include: Side Blind Zone Alert, which now has a Lane Change Alert. That could sometimes be annoying so they added an option to turn it off.
Central screen will be replaced by the new seven inch screen that will be more than enough to control the navigation, infotainment system, cruise control and other features. Audio system is going to be updated with new 14 speakers.
