The concept model has concentrated primarily on a retro look which mixes things up by using some new and contemporary styling. The Charger has an air of mystery to it in a way which makes it more desirable. What we are looking at is a concept model that has refurnished the inside as well by adding a ton of luxury items and innovative features on the inside. The vehicle is updated with a V6 engine as well which in total provides better output. 2017 Dodge Charger concept design

The 2017 Dodge Charger concept relies heavily on some traditional design cues and on some looks that were for the most part seen in the previous models. But of consumer it adds a bit of a contemporary look when it brings us some newly added contemporary pieces to the mix. The last original Charger was actually released in 2008, and this one was a model which actually relied on the design technique of the vehicle which were released during the 70s. These type of Charger models were excellent and gave perhaps the best type of a look that was seen from a car of that type and it was no wonder that people wanted to see some of it on the modern vehicles.

The 2017 Charger concept does something similar, but with more modern design cues than the older versions relied on. The familiar look adopts all kind of design lines that actually go to and lead up to the familiar fenders and the headlamps at the front side of the car. The bumper has an upward overbite and is in a way biting into the grille. This is actually transferred form the current Dodge Charger and is something that was seen as a good piece of design so they managed to keep it. The LED headlights are also the part of the design and setup and actually bring forth a sinister glow when looking at the car from the front and results in a more menacing look for the car.

An upper scallop is the dominating part of the front fender side and is made to flow back to the haunches that are placed on the rear. It has been rumored that the production vehicle is going to adopt a new platform and will use is when the real car comes out. But it has not been confirmed which one is going to be used. Some rumors mention the Alfa Romeo platform as the one that is going to be the perfect one for this car but no confirmation as of yet for this one. They also plan to shed some weight for the upcoming production level car as they plan to make it competitive with the Chevy Camaro and Ford Mustang vehicles in terms of performance.

As for the interior updated, there are not many news made available for the 2017 Dodge Charger Concept. We assume that a flashy and over the top interior is something that we are going to get which is going to use the standard features that are present on the current market. The design of the car is what makes the difference here as we also expect to see some retro action inside. Most certainly the things that are going to make it inside the concept are not going to be utilized for the production level car but we do hope for some thrilling additions that are perhaps going to be something new and innovative that does get kept.
